1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Alarm Mate, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Alarm Mate. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Provide accurate information
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account

4. Using Alarm Mate Without an Account

You can use Alarm Mate without creating an account. Tap "Continue without an account" on the first screen. A guest account is still an account for the purposes of these Terms, and these Terms apply to it in full.

  • Features that involve other people, such as buddy matching, friends and communities, require registering an account first. Registering keeps your data on the same account.
  • A guest account lives only on your device. If you delete the app or lose the device before registering, it cannot be recovered. Signing in to an existing account on the same phone does not carry your guest alarms and progress over either.
  • You can delete a guest account at any time from Settings, which removes it

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share inappropriate or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent the chat verification system
  • Use the service for dating or romantic purposes
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free features

6. User Content

Alarm Mate lets you share photos and wake-up results ("Mornings"). You own your content and are responsible for it. Don't post nudity, harassment, hate, spam, or illegal content. We scan uploads automatically, act on user reports, and may remove content or suspend posting for violations. Report content in-app or email [email protected]. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and we may remove any content or suspend any account at our discretion.

7. Premium Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

9. Disclaimers

Alarm Mate is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the alarm will wake you up or that you'll find a match every day.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
