By using Alarm Mate, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Alarm Mate. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Provide accurate information
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent the chat verification system
• Use the service for dating or romantic purposes
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features

5. User Content

Alarm Mate lets you share photos and wake-up results ("Mornings"). You own your content and are responsible for it. Don't post nudity, harassment, hate, spam, or illegal content. We scan uploads automatically, act on user reports, and may remove content or suspend posting for violations. Report content in-app or email reports@alarmmate.app. We may remove any content at our discretion.

6. Premium Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

8. Disclaimers

Alarm Mate is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the alarm will wake you up or that you'll find a match every day.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
