Do I chat with strangers?
You get matched 1-on-1 with a buddy, and chat only opens after the alarm rings. It lasts 15 minutes, then the room closes. There are no DMs and no way to message anyone outside that window.
What if my buddy oversleeps?
Your alarm rings anyway, at full strength. A buddy is guaranteed by your ring time, and the Trust Score keeps flaky people out of your mornings, but no one else can gatekeep your wake-up.
Will it actually wake me up?
Yes. It rings on silent, on Do Not Disturb, and even if you force-quit the app. There is no snooze, and a mission has to be finished before it turns off.
Which missions are free?
All 15 missions are free, forever, with no premium gate. Solo alarms are free too.
What does premium include?
Premium unlocks Match with a buddy and wake-up-together mode with friends. It is $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial.
Is it safe?
Chats expire, there are no DMs, and a gibberish and creepy-message filter runs in the background. You can report or block anyone in two taps, and you can set a women-only or men-only wake-up preference.
